Responsibilities
Learning Program Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for live and virtual training sessions across APAC, including participant registration, facilitator management, communications, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Produce virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams, managing chat, Q&A, breakout rooms, polling, and attendance.
- Support coordination of in-person regional training sessions including venue booking, materials preparation, and technology setup.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update learning content and training materials.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate analytics and reports on learning activities and outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to external learning partners and vendors as needed.
Content Development & Delivery
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation and Week of Welcome onboarding programs for the APAC region.
- Create and update assessments in Questionmark and integrate them into Workday Learning (LMS) courses.
- Assist in curating and maintaining training curricula in the LMS.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Learning Evaluation & Reporting
- Develop and manage course feedback surveys in the LMS and analyze feedback data monthly.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Learning Support
- Organize and maintain L&D team process documentation.
- Compile and manage training data for the L&D Reporting Dashboard.
- Respond to employee L&D inquiries via the JIRA ticketing system.
- Support other ad-hoc L&D projects as assigned.
