Description Of Role:
This role is focused on designing, delivering, and managing soft skills and behavioral training programs for employees across India, with a strong emphasis on leadership development. The position requires a seasoned professional who can balance training delivery, program design, stakeholder management, and reporting while working independently in a night-shift environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver core soft skills and behavioural programs
- Meet stakeholders regularly to share progress on training coverage and feedback
- Create content and program design basis TNI/TNA
- Manage the Young Leaders Development Programs for Management Trainees in India
- Design and deliver Team Leader and Managerial programs in India
- Work as a team player in executing programs and reporting progress
- Prepare dashboard with metrics regularly on training coverage and effectiveness of program delivered
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Follow strict timelines on training deliverables
Minimum Requirements & Competencies:
- Graduate with minimum 8-10 years of OD training experience
- Ready to work in night shifts
- Training delivery experience in soft skills and behavioural sessions for India colleagues
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent Planning & organizing skills
- Excellent training facilitation skills
- Very Good Analytical skills
- Working knowledge of LMS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to do IC role
