Job Description :

We are seeking a UI/ UX Designer to join our Platform Application Services (PAS) team.

The employee will be required to manage a small team of web designers as well as develop, create, and deliver high- quality products for our internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders, in producing highly creative web pages across multiple devices including tablets and mobile.

You will also work closely with developers to implement their server- side code in order to develop complex, interactive and database driven websites and project managers who will assist on making sure all projects and delivered smoothly.

We are looking at candidates having experience and expertise in visualization and conceptualization in web and mobile design.

The candidate must have a thorough understanding of contemporary user- centered design methodologies.

The person will be responsible for delivering compelling/ visually engaging web based products.

The person must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communication, delivery systems, processes and user interface design as well as industry best practices

Skills

10- 12 years of relevant experience

Highly creative in visual design

Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography

Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends

Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows

Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ ideas to flex those boundaries

Lead a team of web, graphics and application development professionals and collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Project Managers, internal/ external stakeholders to meet client requirements

Overall responsibility for understanding a customers brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces

Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites / features (ranging from paper- and- pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming

Able to design(with team) creatives/ graphics for digital media and web along with, creative websites, web- pages, wireframes, mock ups, layouts, style guides with a focus on providing excellent user experience
