Lead Technical Consultant ServiceNow Developer

Experience Required: 7 to 13 Years

Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid options available)

Job Summary:

WNS Vuram is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team as a Lead Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of enterprise IT workflows. This role involves leading technical implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, FSO, and GRC/IRM.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and security.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7 to 13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience in modules such as:

- ITSM (IT Service Management)

- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

- ITAM (IT Asset Management)

- ITOM (IT Operations Management)

- S2P (Source to Pay)

- FSO (Field Service Operations)

- GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)

Custom Development

App Engine

- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, GRC).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to global enterprise environments and client-facing roles.
