Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure with strong expertise in Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and distributed Windows environments. The role includes leading AD upgrades, migrations, security, performance tuning, and supporting hybrid infrastructures across AWS/Azure and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Proxmox. The candidate will oversee IT operations and helpdesk functions, provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows and Linux systems, and ensure high availability and secure service delivery.
This position requires proven leadership to mentor helpdesk staff, manage vendors, and drive operational excellence while delivering a strong end-user experience. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and day-to-day infrastructure reliability.
