Lead - Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute plant engineering designs to develop efficient structural design concepts
• Review structural design basis for compliance with contractual specifications and relevant structural codes
• Analyze Staad and connection files for accuracy and integrity of designs
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design consistency and quality
• Manage and contribute to international projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in structural design and plant engineering
• Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards
• Proficient in Staad and connection design files
• Experience managing or working on international engineering projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
