We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Enablement CoE team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Lead Specialist – Lega
lThe Commercial Enablement CoE function supports Client Management Team (CMT) which is supporting Mercer Legal across US and Canada. You will be part of the Sales Enablement function, primarily focusing on handling the intake and monitoring requests for Mercer Legal's assistance in handling Client Contract requests (CCRs). In this role, you will work closely with onshore stakeholders to discuss the strategy on contracts
.

- o:Monitor MPower for incoming CCRs including the initial triage (and determination of their good order and completeness
- ).Evaluate and assess contract terms and data points related to data protection, information security and AI to support the implementation of the Legal review proces
- s;Support the management and tracking of concurrent assignments to multiple teams to ensure streamlined revi
- ewSchedule and participate in internal stakeholder call to discuss go forward approach, confirming assignments for Legal and other key stakeholder
- s.Track open CCR's and provide summary updates through completion in order to assist in effectively closing opportunities and capturing key performance metric
- s.Actively follow up and track a number of metrics related to the status of CCRs, including reviewer turnaround time, client response to draft and the number of days it takes to execute a contract, which helps our business realize revenue earlie
