Lead Software Engineer (UI Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex UI components for scientific visualization and molecular modeling
• Build responsive and high-performance web applications for chemical space exploration
• Collaborate with scientists, designers, and engineers to translate scientific requirements into UI features
• Enhance collaboration tools, data visualization systems, and scientific workflows
• Optimize frontend performance for large-scale datasets and real-time rendering
• Develop and maintain unit tests, end-to-end tests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug and resolve complex UI and application-level issues
• Contribute to modernization of legacy UI systems and development of new features
• Work effectively across distributed teams including development, science, and customer success
