Responsibilities

Lead Software Engineer - Special - 7-10 yrs Oracle HCM OTL Functional

Should have 7 to 10 years of experience Oracle HCM functional to gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality including absence and OTL modules. Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Techno functional consultant on Oracle Integration projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core OTL module.
  • Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
  • The candidate must have Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities
  • In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM OTL module.
  • Configure OTL components, including time entry layouts, time calculation rules, and approval workflows (BPM). Set up time categories, time attributes, and web clock buttons.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable end-users and provide post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with other functional and technical teams, such as those for Absence & OTL, to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive solution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration
  • Good to have skills
  • Technical exposure to Oracle HCM modules is added advantage
  • Experience on HCM Extracts and BI Reports
  • Agile Methodology of working, Jira Board
  • Should have completed at least 2 projects on the above mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor
  • The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
  • Willing to work in shifts, if required in future.
