Lead Software Engineer (MIS/TCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance Java-based enterprise applications
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing Java applications in production environments
• Participate across the full SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure application quality through unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues in production systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to ensure high availability and uptime
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Support application modernization initiatives and technology upgrades
• Work on application server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
