Job Description

Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build and evolve scalable, cloud-native platform capabilities while driving technical excellence across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build high-performance, distributed, cloud-native applications.
  • Lead architecture, technical design, and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and system scalability.
  • Mentor engineers and lead complex technical initiatives from design to production.

Required Skills

  • 12 to 14 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on coding expertise in Java.
  • Extensive experience with AWS &Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, system design, and CI/CD.
  • Exposure to modern web/front-end technologies is preferred.
  • Experience working in a product engineering environment is mandatory.
