Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Lead Dev, your primary responsibility is to solution, develop, and implement effective ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and development teams, to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and oversee the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in ServiceNow's capabilities and best practices will enable you to develop a scalable and sustainable solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall service management.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into ServiceNow technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to drive successful implementations.
Mentor Developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively propose innovative solutions and new features that drive business value.
Requirements:
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Agile, SAFe)
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ServiceNow development and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Good-to-have Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with other ServiceNow products such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM)
