OmniStudio Salesforce Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions, leveraging OmniStudio tools, Health Cloud, and integration capabilities. This leadership role involves guiding teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with client needs
Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development
- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
- Implement Salesforce Health Cloud and Industry Cloud features tailored to client requirements.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and scalability.
- Integration & Customization
- Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce tools.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Project Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Innovation & Best Practices
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and OmniStudio enhancements.
- Promote AI-first and automation-driven approaches within Salesforce implementations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 610 years in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years in OmniStudio (Vlocity).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Industry Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of APIs, ETL, and integration frameworks.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or equivalent certifications.
While we have our offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Pune this position is hybrid with you being able to report to a location nearest to your current location, if the need arises.
