Job Description

Hiresquad Resources is seeking an exceptional Lead Sales Manager - BFSI to drive and expand our client's business within the retail banking and fintech sectors across India, the Middle East, and South Asia. This pivotal role is for a strategic sales leader who will be responsible for selling cutting-edge high-tech solutions, including AI for CX, marketing automation, and analytics, to enhance customer experience and lifetime value for financial institutions.

Main Purpose of the Role

You will be instrumental in leading and growing the company's business within retail banks and fintech companies, with a particular focus on the vibrant markets of India, the Middle East, and South Asia. Your mission will be to sell advanced high-tech solutions (such as AI for CX, marketing automation, and analytics) designed to significantly improve customer experience and lifetime value for these critical clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored for BFSI solutions.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives (e.g., CEOs, CIOs) within client organizations.
  • Partnership Development: Work closely with existing partners or forge new strategic partnerships as required.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's products.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Report directly to the Head of Global Sales and coordinate strategically with the BFSI Business Head.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales Experience:8+ years of sales experience in tech solutions specifically for banks, insurance firms, or fintechs within the Middle East, South Asia, or India. Please note: we are not looking for candidates with more than 14 years of experience.
  • Solution Selling: Demonstrated experience selling solutions in areas such as:
  • Customer Experience Management (CXM)
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Data/Customer Analytics
  • Industry Network: A strong network among key decision-makers within the BFSI industry.
  • Negotiation Skills: Solid knowledge of contracts and negotiation strategies.
  • Leadership Potential: Proven leadership potential, with the capacity to eventually build and lead a larger BFSI sales team.
  • Tech Acumen: Up-to-date knowledge of current tech trends, including AI, Big Data, and Digital Transformation.
