Lead QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated functional, integration, and end-to-end tests across web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Develop and implement software testing strategies, plans, and procedures to support product quality goals.
• Write and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API testing.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using tools like Apache JMeter.
• Automate mobile web application testing using Appium.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Maintain test environments, test data, and test tools for smooth testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and requirements reviews to ensure quality is embedded early.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to improving testing frameworks, processes, and best practices.
