Job Description

  • Responsible for all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement review, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, to align feature requirements and project schedules.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to the development team, ensuring adherence to architecture, design, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Design and develop cloud-hosted web applications specifically for the insurance industry, covering high-level architecture down to detailed implementation such as site layout, user experience, database schema, workflow, and testing.
  • Develop front-end user interfaces and page templates using HTML5, CSS, SAAS, LESS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Angular, and third-party UI controls like Kendo UI and Infragistics.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and integrate with back-end services.
  • Implement UI automation testing alongside development tasks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Work with NoSQL and T-SQL databases, including database programming on relational database management systems.
  • Follow Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and collaborate closely within Agile teams.
  • Emphasize strong problem-solving skills, fast learning, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), enthusiasm, creativity, and energy.
