Job Description

  • Configure, customise, and deploy MS Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other business systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Create and update documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient use of the system.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards in all deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MS Dynamics 365 F&O specialist should have:

  • A degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Knowledge of accountancy practices and professional services workflows.
  • Proficiency in integrating business systems with Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
