Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Enterprise Application Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, designing scalable backend solutions, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Spring Security, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and relational databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, and DB2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot
  • Architect and develop scalable Microservices-based applications
  • Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to development teams
  • Ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and application security
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions across MS SQL, Oracle, and DB2
  • Implement ORM solutions using Hibernate/JPA
  • Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term scalable solutions
  • Drive CI/CD and deployment best practices in collaboration with DevOps teams
