Job Description

1. Strategic Business Partnership

.Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

.Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions.

.Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity.2. Talent Management & Development

.Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes.

.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless.

.Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development programs.3. Employee Experience & Culture

.Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups.

.Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy.

.Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business priorities.4. HR Operations & Compliance

.Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

.Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

.Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion.5. Organizational Effectiveness & Change

.Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives.

.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation.

.Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

.MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.

.15-18 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner to Management Leaders/ Executive Committee members

.Experience in real estate or large-scale corporate environments preferred.

.Prior experience of working in matrixed organizations preferred.

.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.

.Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.

.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

.Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
