Job Description

  • GTM Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, product development, and customer success.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine GTM strategies.
  • Customer Segmentation:
    • Define and segment target customer personas to tailor marketing and sales approaches.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create personalized and effective messaging.
  • Demand Generation:
    • Lead the development and execution of demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and lead acquisition.
    • Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics to generate and nurture leads.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide the necessary tools and resources for success.
    • Develop training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team in executing GTM strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of marketing and sales activities.
The Successful Applicant

  • Strong educational pedigree - IIT+IIM background or similar
  • Proven experience in a similar GTM or growth-focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in the marketing and sales stack.
