Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and online research.
- Qualify leads and build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
- Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls to generate interest.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and contact information.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better lead generation outcomes.
- Stay updated with market trends, target industries, and competitors.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in lead generation for software or SaaS-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Ability to identify target audiences and generate qualified leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or digital marketing software.
- Basic understanding of email automation tools and outreach sequences.
