Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead-generation initiatives across both online and offline channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Online Lead Generation
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, PPC).
- Optimize digital lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Run targeted campaigns on real estate portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker, etc.).
- Manage social media outreach, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.
- Track lead quality, funnel performance, and cost-per-lead metrics using CRM tools.
- Leverage SEO/SEM strategies for organic lead generation.
Offline Lead Generation
- Execute on-ground activities such as events, property exhibitions, roadshows, site visits, and corporate activations.
- Build relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, IPCs, and local networks.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners or referral agents.
- Conduct local market research to identify new lead pockets and customer segments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 45 years) in lead generation within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of Gurgaon real estate market preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NoBrokerHood, etc.), and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, CPL targets, and performance metrics.
