About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales within staffing, recruitment, or recruitment tech/job boards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to support our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients (5080 leads daily).
  • Identify and engage potential clients through email campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our staffing and recruitment solutions to present tailored offerings to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for business development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • 34 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, business development, or sales within staffing, recruitment, recruitment tech, or job boards.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, or similar platforms for lead generation.
  • Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram; hybrid arrangements possible for exceptional talent.
  • Budget: 6 - 7 LPA
