We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Paschim Vihar.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads through multiple online channels such as LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to achieve targeted lead generation goals.
Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers across global markets.
Manage and track outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn automation tools.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation activities with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or business development.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly lead targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B lead generation for international markets.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid campaign optimization.
Creative approach to content and outreach strategy.
