Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employing effective lead generation techniques, strategic planning, and targeted outreach to identify and qualify potential leads for our products/services. This role involves utilizing various channels, including email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, outbound calls, market research, and database management, to engage with prospects and navigate them through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Database Management:
  • Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Strategic Planning and Market Trend Analysis:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for lead generation.
  • Stay informed about market trends through continuous market research and trend analysis.
  • Outbound Campaigns and Prospecting:
  • Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other channels to initiate contact with potential leads.
  • Craft compelling messages for effective prospecting.
  • Targeted Outreach and Lead Nurturing:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential leads based on market research.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and feedback incorporation.
  • Sales Funnel Management and Sales Forecast:
  • Manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Provide input for sales forecast based on lead qualification and prospect interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as LinkedIn organic outreach programs.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional skills.
  • Creative thinker and unafraid to try new things.
  • Agile and can adapt to changing circumstances or requirements.
  • Can balance working independently with working closely with a global team.
  • Desire to strive for success in projects small and large.
  • Experience in software, tech, and agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree.
