Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Gen Executive to join our team at PMaps. As a Lead Gen Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our assessment platform. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or related field
- Proven track record of success in generating qualified leads
- Strong email writing and communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to make cold calls and effectively pitch our assessment platform
- Knowledge of CRM systems, such as HubSpot, for lead management
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize email writing, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach out to potential leads
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value of our assessment platform
- Qualify leads and conduct initial needs analysis to understand the client's hiring requirements
- Manage and update lead databases and CRM systems to track lead status and progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
