We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with leadership capabilities to join as a Lead.... You will drive the technical development, lead the team, and ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale SaaS platform. This position requires strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js with NestJS + TypeScript (backend), along with leadership skills to guide the engineering team.

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead end-to-end development across frontend and backend.
- Build and maintain scalable React.js frontend applications and NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript) backend services.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs, database structures, and system workflows.
- Guide, mentor, and support team members in problem-solving and technical decisions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure delivery quality.
- Collaborate with product and management teams to align technology with business goals.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Designers and other team members for project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 45 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js with NestJS + TypeScript (backend).
- Proficiency in designing REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scalable architectures.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead is highly desirable.
- Experience with Serverless architecture, AWS ecosystem and Knowledge of microservices and containerization will be plus point.
