Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Lead Full Stack Developer with 5-8 years of experience to be the cornerstone of our engineering team. This is a crucial, hands-on leadership role where you will be accountable for the technical roadmap, code quality, and the professional growth of our developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Team Management (40%):

• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering technical growth and a collaborative team environment.
• Lead daily standups, facilitate technical planning, and manage the delegation of tasks within the development team.
• Set and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and documentation through rigorous code reviews.

Full Stack Development & Optimization (40%):

• Drive the continuous development and optimization of our existing SaaS platform features.
• Act as a hands-on contributor to the Python (FastAPI) backend and the React/TypeScript frontend.
• Design and execute architectural improvements to ensure the platform remains stable and highly scalable for user growth.

Cloud & Systems Management (20%):

• Oversee and maintain our core infrastructure on MS Azure, ensuring optimal use of services like Azure Function Apps and Azure Static Web Apps.
• Manage and enhance existing integrations, ensuring the reliability of our Payment Gateway and WhatsApp/Messaging systems.
• Maintain and stabilize our existing LLM API integrations, focusing on performance tuning and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development, with a proven track record of team leadership and mentorship.

Backend: Python, FastAPI (or similar high-performance Python framework).

Frontend: Expert-level React and TypeScript (Mandatory).

Cloud: Deep practical experience with MS Azure (including deployment and security).

Serverless: Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps and Azure Static Web Apps.

SaaS & Integrations: Experience scaling an active SaaS application, and managing existing Payment Gateway and WhatsApp/Messaging APIs.

Leadership: Proven ability in team management and mentoring junior developers.
