About the Role: We seek a seasoned professional to join our team as Lead Engineer-Electrical. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 10-15 years of industry experience. Expertise in ETAP, SEL, and various lighting design software is crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industries. As part of our team, you will lead electrical design and analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in engineering.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead electrical engineering and design activities for FEED, Detailed Engineering, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
• Review and approve electrical design deliverables prepared by engineers and designers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, API, IS, etc.).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers within the electrical discipline.

Engineering & Design:

• Prepare and review:
• Electrical Load List
• Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Electrical Equipment Specifications
• Cable Sizing Calculations
• Voltage Drop Calculations
• Short Circuit Studies
• Relay Coordination Studies
• Earthing & Lightning Protection Design
• Hazardous Area Classification Compliance
• Cable Routing and Layouts
• Substation Design Packages
• Review vendor drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 10-15 years of Oil & Gas (EPC) industry experience.
• Conversant with ETAP, SEL and other Lighting software.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industries is preferred.
• Shall be well versed with Indian & International codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Ability to foster communication within diverse cultural environments.
