Responsibilities
The Lead Digitalization will play a crucial role in spearheading the digital transformation strategy for the solar manufacturing greenfield & brownfield projects, with the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization roadmap aligned with the business objectives, focusing on optimizing processes, enhancing project management efficiency, and fostering innovation.
- Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for performance improvement, cost optimization across the project management organization.
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure while maximizing the value derived from digital investments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to drive digital initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital readiness.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for digital projects, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Champion the adoption of digital best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive organizational transformation and enhance the overall digital maturity of the solar manufacturing greenfield project.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, technology vendors, and industry partners to stay abreast of emerging digital trends and opportunities for collaboration.
- Drive a culture of digital innovation, knowledge sharing, and learning within the organization, nurturing talent and capabilities to support the long-term digitalization vision.
Qualifications
Qualifications :: Any Engineering Graduate, MBA/PGDM Operations, Analytics.
Experience : 15 to 18 years of experience
