We are seeking a talented and self-drivenLead - Full Stack Developerwith a strong foundation in open source technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure web applications, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and contributing to healthcare IT solutions.
You must be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using open source technologies (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and domain experts to deliver full-stack solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) where applicable.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development are followed.
- Manage project tasks using tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack (frontend, backend, database).
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a full stack developer with open source technologies.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, or similar.
- Database experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of healthcare IT standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD, ICHI, ICF).
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and clinical domains.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello).
