Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop flexible, extensible, multi-tier, scalable, and high-performance software components and services
Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to software development
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
Analyze requirement specifications, perform feasibility analysis, and estimate effort
Develop use cases and design alternatives aligned with business requirements
Interact with Product Owners and Business Analysts across geographies to enhance development processes
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release)
Institutionalize industry-standard software engineering processes and practices
Assist in recruitment, knowledge sharing, and team development to meet organizational goals
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with testers and analysts to validate implementations
Discuss technical concepts, trade-offs, and innovative solutions with team members
