We are seeking a Lead Data Architect specializing in Salesforce and NetSuite to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that support our business goals and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of data solutions within Salesforce and NetSuite environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data integration and migration.
- Develop data models and architecture standards to ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Implement best practices for data governance and security in accordance with organizational policies.
- Oversee data migration projects and ensure successful execution within timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data architects and developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in data architecture, specifically with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools for data integration.
- Experience with data modeling techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
