Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant - TOSCA to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of implementing TOSCA solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants in the implementation of TOSCA testing solutions.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using TOSCA.
- Analyze and understand client requirements to deliver customized testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to junior team members and stakeholders on TOSCA best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Extensive experience with TOSCA Test Automation tool.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
