Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Splunk, ASG Support

In this role, you will be responsible for Implementation of MS Dynamics SCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.


.Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes

.Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.

.Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.

.Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.

.Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.

.Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

.Good project & time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

.Perform configuration/Application setup

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

.BE/B Tech/MCA

.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Strong experience in monitoring tools Splunk/AppDynamics

.Hands-on experience in creating dashboards, alerts using Splunk/AppDynamics

.Strong hands-on experience in Application Support/ Development for Financial Services business or direct Client/ Customer facing platforms.

.Willingness to embrace Agile and DevOps/SRE concepts in Day-to-day work dynamically.

.Worked on process improvement and automation.

.Unix/Linux : Basic knowledge of unix.

.Strong hands-on experience with AppDev support, log analysis, handling batch jobs and experienced in scheduler tools like TWS, AutoSys.

.SQL/Databases (MSSQL) : Understanding of tables, views, indexes, and store procedures, and the ability to understand them by reading their definitions. Familiarity with SQL constructs. Understanding of transactions and query plan analysis.

.Solid analytical skills, problem/ risk identification and quick resolution recovery processes.

.Ability to interface and cultivate passionate working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendors

.Experienced, technically hands-on professional that understands both code and infrastructure

.Solid track record in an operational/support role, understands incident/problem/change management and how to drive stability across organizations.

.Experience in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira etc..)

.Be able to manage an outage incident, coordinating user communications, and other teams to help resolve an incident.
