Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant for SAP FICO to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules for various clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvement using SAP best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling concepts.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Proficiency in configuring key financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
