As a Lead Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Contributes to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients.

As a Lead Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for:

• Providing sales force and sales back-office effectiveness, productivity analysis and metrics, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales/back-office incentive compensation, and Commercial capability building. Commercial operation and DOA.
• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
• Handling diverse clients in a region.
• Developing tools and processes aimed at increasing the productivity of the commercial team.
• Providing improvement recommendations based on data analytics and trends.
• Supporting creating and deploying learning content for the commercial organization

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales and a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Commercial Excellence.
• Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to demonstrate Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead a small team.
• Be able to Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
