Role Description The Lead – Campus Recruitment role is a full-time position, responsible for designing and driving Artech's campus hiring strategy across targeted universities and technical institutes. This role includes developing and maintaining relationships with academic institutions, career services offices, and student organizations to build a strong early-career talent pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and executing campus recruitment campaigns and events, managing end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating interviews and assessment activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Lead – Campus Recruitment will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to forecast campus hiring needs, align selection criteria with role requirements, and provide regular reporting and insights on campus recruitment performance. This role also involves promoting Artech's employer brand, leveraging digital platforms and social media to attract diverse talent, and continuously improving campus recruitment processes and tools.
