We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst specializing in SAP Hybris to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for our SAP Commerce Cloud platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for e-commerce features such as product search, order management, and promotions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with architects and technical leads
- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across business owners, project managers, and technical teams
- Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, reviewing deliverables and promoting best practices
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specs and user guides
- Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate integration efforts with SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party services using APIs and middleware
- Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes, including writing epics, user stories, and managing backlogs
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing site implementations
- At least 2-3 years experience as a dedicated Business Analyst
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris) modules including WCMS, PCM, PIM, and cockpits
- Technical understanding of SAP Hybris platform architecture and security concepts
- Practical experience in B2B and/or B2C e-commerce domains
- Excellent business process and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Experience with Impex data handling in SAP Hybris
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM integration techniques
- Certification in SAP Commerce Cloud or related technologies
