Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of business solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process, translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
- Analyze complex business problems and propose innovative, scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop business cases, process models, and functional specifications to support solution design and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data and analysis.
Project Delivery & Support
- Support project planning, prioritization, and execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Partner with QA and development teams to validate solutions through testing and feedback loops.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Monitor solution performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years with proven success in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC frameworks.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
