About The Role
As a Lead Brand Marketing Communication you will play a pivotal role in implementing the strategic decisions for the ATL marketing activities assigned. You will be part of a carefully selected, high-performing, highly motivated team. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize Reliance Retails longer-term vision/ goals.
Specifically, You Will Be Responsible To
- Lead the Brand strategy for SMART Format as preferred grocery destination in the mind of the consumer.
- Lead and Develop awareness, interest levels, Brand TVC, PR, 360-degree brand communication effort.
- Heading Marcomm function for SMART Stores.
- Creating & executing Brand & Marcomm Strategy & campaigns.
- Creating & executing Marcomm strategy for various sales events.
- Managing agencies for delivering the results on time.
- Managing AOR.
- Media Planning and Management.
- Managing budgets / Spends for Ad campaigns (Print, TVC etc).
- Handling team of Brand Managers and Trade planners.
- Driving brand related research, customer studies with CRM and Loyalty team.
- Responsible for mind share and market share of the brand.
What Youll Do
- Decide on Brand Communication strategy and activities calendar.
- Decide on creation of ATL activities for SMART Stores.
- Decide on strategies to improve brand recall.
What Youll Need
- Masters degree in Marketing from Premier B-School (Mandatory).
- 12+ Yrs of experience in leading Brand Marketing communication.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Brand Communication strategy.
- Strong hold in Media communication and managing agencies.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Ability to analyze reports and survey results.
- Ability to manager and drive team members for desired results.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
