4 to 8 years of experience in voip, WebRTC, messaging, CPaaS and call center solutions.
Must have systems engineering and solution architecture knowledge for large scale distributed systems.
Worked on SIP/VoIP/SBC servers such as Asterisk, Freeswitch, OpenSIPS, Kamailio.
Experience in building high availability, resilient systems using microservices architecture and using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry.
Well versed in DevOps methodology, public/private cloud infrastructure, K8s, dockers, Ansible etc.
Clear understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, WebSockets, SNMP etc.
Should have exposure to data science EDA tools and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Numpy, Keras Pandas, MatplotLib, SciKit-Learn etc.
Should possess project management skills and Scrum Product Owner experience

Ability to manage project and work closely with vendors and other stakeholders.
