Our client, a global consulting firm, is supporting a leading enterprise on a large-scale AI transformation initiative focused on building and scaling AI and GenAI capabilities across business functions.
The consultant will serve as a Lead Architect, supporting the design and implementation of enterprise AI, GenAI, and data platform initiatives. The role will involve working closely with business, product, data, and engineering stakeholders to define architecture, drive platform development, and support the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the organisation
.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise AI, GenAI, data, and platform initiatives.
- Drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including GenAI use cases, LLM-powered applications, analytics platforms, and business applications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide architecture decisions and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solution
- Partner with business, product, data, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, operating models, and execution roadmaps.
- Drive platform modernisation, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Support proof-of-concepts, solution evaluation, implementation, and production rollout activities.
- Define and embed governance, monitoring, security, and operational standards within platform and AI solution designs.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and technology strategy discussions.
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to support transformation programmes and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology consulting, AI/data transformation, solution architecture, or platform engineering.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology, data, cloud, or AI platform.
- Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, advanced analytics, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, integration patterns, data platforms, and modern application architecture.
- Prior experience with strategy consulting firms, Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), or leading technology consulting organisations is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in client-facing consulting environments with strong executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, financial services, or other data-intensive industries would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business and technology leader.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Candidates should be willing to relocate or work from Ahmedabad for the duration of the engagement.
- Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.
- The consultant may be required to travel periodically to project locations as part of the engagement.
