Prerequisites:
- 8+ years of experience in architectural design and leadership roles.
- Experience in leading a team of interior designers and completing projects end-to-end.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial or co-working space projects
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of interior designers to execute end-to-end projects.
- Develop and drive architectural designs and concepts for new and existing projects.
- Guide and mentor the design team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, operations team, management, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct BoQ discussions with the Landlord and close all documentation related to it.
- Build and maintain SOPs related to the design and project work.
- Take full responsibility for detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, sustainability practices, and NBC norms.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
- Conduct quality checks, due diligence to ensure design integrity and compliance.
- Ensure project completion within budget, negotiate on the BoQ, and finalise the same within the stipulated timeline
