About the job

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale LLM and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG, indexing, embedding, and hybrid search pipelines.
• Develop AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) and drive technical design decisions.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, latency, and reliability.
• Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and continuous feedback processes.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and transformer models.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
• Expertise in Vector Search, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, document indexing, chunking, ranking, and embeddings.
• Proficiency in Python and building production-grade AI applications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
• Exposure to model fine-tuning, embedding optimization, caching strategies, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is preferred.
