Qualifications:

• M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 1-3 years of experience or
• B.Arch with 1-5 years of experience in Landscape Design.
• Excellent Design Skill
• Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
• Software skill: AutoCAD, Sketch up, D5 etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ability with understanding of landscape spaces and planting.
• Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
• Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work Details:

• Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066
• Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
