Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Land Acquisition Specialist located in Ahmedabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land suitable for development projects. Daily tasks include conducting due diligence, performing market research, and collaborating with the land development team. The role also entails negotiating with landowners and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Acquisitions and Land Acquisition
• Skills in Due Diligence and Market Research
• Knowledge of Land Development processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
