Job Description

Set up, operate, and maintain electronic instruments, equipment, and laboratory apparatus.
Assist faculty and students in conducting laboratory experiments, practical sessions, and project work.
Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate laboratory equipment and electronics systems as required.
Maintain inventory of lab components, consumables, and tools, raise requisitions for procurement when needed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, electrical safety, and proper usage of equipment by students.
Maintain documentation such as equipment logbooks, calibration records, and safety checklists.
Provide technical assistance in developing new experiments, projects, and laboratory manuals.
Support workshops, seminars, and departmental technical events by preparing necessary setups.
Supervise students in handling instruments and ensure compliance with laboratory rules.
Assist in upgrading laboratory facilities and integrating new technologies for academic and research purposes.
