Identity management systems (Azure AD, on-premises AD)

Key Responsibilities

Network Security Management

1. Configure, test, and maintain LAN & WAN for campus, core network & branch

network

2. Manage and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructure

3. Implement and maintain network security policies, standards, and procedures

4. Lead security infrastructure projects through full lifecycle including:

Requirements gathering

Planning

Design & implementation

Network performance monitoring

Equipment upgrades

Network optimization

Advanced Technical Operations

1. SDWAN Infrastructure Management and troubleshooting

2. Handle critical escalations and provide technical leadership

3. Create and maintain:

High-Level Design (HLD)

Low-Level Design (LLD)

Implementation plans

Network architecture documentation

Operational Excellence

1. Review and execute major changes

2. Troubleshoot critical/major network incidents

3. Manage and optimize system performance

4. Create and maintain SOPs for troubleshooting and problem resolution

5. Coordinate with OEM TAC for advanced support

Team Leadership

1. Provide technical guidance to L1 & L2 teams

2. Handle escalated cases from junior teams

3. Mentor and train team members

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams

5. Lead POCs and new technology evaluations
