Job Description & Summary

Collaborate with L&D Managers to review/build storyboards for e learn development (instructional design) using PwC authoring tools - Rise, Camtasia, Descript and Vyond

Support building any required material for ALL learning solutions (material/media (audio and video transcript, simulations, role plays, quizzes) using PwC tools - Atlas Cloud, Articulate 360, mediaspace

Review storyboards and determine design and technology requirements

Use PwC brand guidelines for all learning assets to ensure quality and that they are brand compliant including using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Create themes and template designs to present ideas
  • Work with L&D Managers to produce final design Review and test the graphics across various media

  • Maintain project documentation and course folders (course index - complete record of a course - for media or any assets - complete record of the asset)
  • Support the implementation of learning solutions (elearn, videos, quizzes), including but not limited to the following: project management, creating and sending communications, creation of learning materials and reference sites, managing and maintaining data in our learning management system, set up/testing and deploying solutions in our LMS, reporting, and ad hoc program/project support.
  • Manage the translation process (as required) to ensure that ALL learning solutions are compliant. To French laws and regulations.
  • Generate reports from firm systems and troubleshoot the reporting dashboard environment
  • Export/import of data sets into Alteryx workflows and troubleshoot Alteryx workflow errors as needed- escalate to Sr. Manager as required.
  • Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Manage expectations of the L&D manager(s) and business stakeholders by providing them with regular progress reports on current activities (project plans), collaborate and support peers (as needed) and work collaboratively to identify best practices and drive efficiencies.
  • Apply agile working practices within the team to support efficiencies with real time development (that work with onshore or offshore team members)
  • Work overtime, as approved and necessitated by project demands.


  • At least 4-9 years in graphic design and eLearn authoring Able to conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Able to create and review images and layouts using design software
  • Understand design scopes, studying instructional design briefs and determining requirements
  • Follow and apply latest design trends and emerging technologies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven instructional design experience
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Proficiency working with business intelligence software (e.g. MS Office (Specially PowerPoint), G Suite (Google Slides), Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, GoMo (optional), Atlas Cloud, Vyond, cc tools, audio software (Audition/Audacity) and motion graphic (optional)
  • Strong relationship building skills and client service mindset with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels in a professional and competent manner.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/competing tasks.

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
  • Agile self-starter and team player with a demonstrated ability to apply good judgment, innovate, problem solve, be creative and make recommendations to situations requiring interpretation.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in drafting letters,
  • e-mails etc., in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and within teams working with others at all staff levels. Have flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual French/English is not required but would be an asset.
